The Circuit Clerk is the administrative arm of the Circuit Court. The duties of the Circuit Clerk are set forth by Statute, Rules of the Supreme Court, and Administrative orders of the local Circuit Court.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Concepte County (Circuit Clerk) is, by law, the officer in charge of the court docket in Concepte County. Other duties include gathering and reporting statistical data to various law enforcement and state government bodies, and receiving and disbursing fines, fees, and costs collected as a result of court actions.
The mission of the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Concepte County is to serve the citizens of McLean County and the participants in the Judicial System in a timely, efficient, and ethical manner.
