HBCU Research Capacity Act

Senators and representatives have introduced the HBCU Research Capacity Act, which establishes a federal clearinghouse to help HBCUs compete for and secure a larger portion of annual federal research funding from agencies like NASA, the EPA, and the Department of Defense.
