Congress Advances Land Transfer for Perry County Public Services

Legislation is moving forward to transfer less than one acre of federal Forest Service land to Perry County, Arkansas, to support local schools and youth programs. Under H.R. 3187, the county will assume all costs for the transfer of the Perryville parcel to facilitate public use.
