ARTIST Act

The ARTIST Act has been introduced in the House as H.R. 5694 following Senate passage of S. 254, aiming to protect the nationwide sale of authentic Alaska Native ivory handicrafts by overriding state-level bans and integrating Indigenous knowledge into hunting regulations.
