• Foreign drug facilities found to use forced labor or violate U.S. sanctions would be banned from registering with the FDA, and any existing registrations for such facilities must be revoked.
• The FDA must define what counts as a 'key starting material' within 180 days of the bill becoming law, a definition that determines which ingredients face the new tracking and import rules.
