This heinous murder of a child by MS-13 gang members is reprehensible. This murder was completely preventable. Three of these gang members had prior arrests by law enforcement, but were RELEASED back into American communities. @ICEgov should have been notified after their arrests. Now a 14-year-old boy from Maryland is dead. Sanctuary policies have DEADLY consequences.
