Rubio and Lee Vow to Dismantle International Criminal Court
Secretary of State Marco Rubio described officials at the International Criminal Court as lunatics and crazies. Senator Mike Lee praised the administration for standing up to a power-mad foreign court. Lee claimed that the administration intends to dismantle the organization.
